Once you have chosen the items you would like to order, you must finish the transaction by providing us with credit/debit card details or 3rd party payment options which will then be charged for the outstanding amount. Once the payment has been confirmed, your order will be packed and dispatched immediately (during working days/hours) – Orders are not dispatched if the payment has not been made in full. If there are any problems with taking your payment, a sales member will be in touch with you either via telephone or email.
DELIVERY
We use both Royal Mail & Courier Companies such as DPD to deliver our orders to your address.
We have a set delivery fee of either £4.95 (standard 2 to 4 day service) or next day delivery for £6.95.
Next Day Delivery - if you need your parcel urgently, then simply choose the next day delivery option. Place your order anytime befrore 3pm and recieve the order the following working day. So please note, that if you place your order on a Thursday after 3pm - this order will dispatch on Friday and not be with you until Monday as Monday will be the next working day after the items have been dispatched.

Home Brother are delighted to be able to offer our European customers very competitive delivery prices. All of the following prices are for delivery to Europe using DHL courier services. DHL prices their deliveries to European countries by ZONE. Please see the following ZONE list to see which Zone your country comes under. Each ZONE has a different price and we charge our customers accordingly.
The prices are based on orders which do not exceed 30KG in weight. If your order does weigh more than 30KG then we will contact you and let you know how much delivery will cost.

European Orders can expect to wait up to 6 working days to be delivered
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are very pleased to announce that as of March 1st 2011 we will now be shipping orders to the USA. This is the first time we are delivering to the States, but as there are so many customers out there that are interested in our products, we thought we had better start and meet the customers needs.
Deliveries to the USA will take up to 10 working days to reach you. We will either ship your order to you via International Recorded Delivery from Royal Mail or alternatively we will use DHL Express.
Cost to ZONE 5: USA: £35.95 for up to 2KG weight via Royal Mail Cost via DHL is the same but only up to 0.5KG weight.
Refunds take between 10-15 working days to be processed. After such time if you have not received the refund contact your bank to check the status of the delay. If this does not resolved your query please contact us at support@homebrother.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@homebrother.com
